Hayesville Estates is a new, yet established subdivision located within the Preserve neighborhood of the Town of Arlington in Shelby County, Tennessee (38002).
The Town of Arlington is a beautiful location that has seen rapid growth and yet continues to nurture its endearing small town features. It is truly a desirable area, quietly nestled in the eastern part of Shelby County, but minutes away from all the conveniences of metropolitan Memphis. The people are friendly and the schools are ranked high among parents. I’ve had the privilege of building homes here for nearly a decade. It is on our list of places that we would move our own family. It just feels like home.
